Every beginning starts with a dream and the dream that led to this beginning is the chase for the single most perfect piece of chocolate that the world has to offer.

The chase for the very embodiement of perfection fermented after seeds of cacao and then ground and spread on a tablet mould.

As one might know, chocolate comes in many different shapes, forms and flavours. Some chocolates are the simplest one can find, others are remarkably complex. Some taste too much, others barely hold any taste on their own. Some are too thick, others are just scarce.

But ambition tells that out there, in the vastness of the world, there is one impeccably balanced chocolate recipe that leaves nothing to be desired.

Many have chased this dream. Many have realized that perfection does not exist, many have realized it is nothing more than an illusion.

So what is the point of aspiring to find something that does not exist? Why go on an endeavor for something that can not be tasted, smelled, touched or even seen?

The question is not if I will ever reach the dream, the question is how I will pursue the dream as we can never pick the destination, only the path. It is never about the dream itself, it is about something else.

It is about the journey. And so it begins.
